What are your business hours?
We're open Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM. That said, consultations are by appointment only. So please get in touch before stopping by. Our team would be rather ready for you than catch you while we're covered in sawdust.Â

How do I get a quote?

Use our Quote Request Form and tell us about your project. Please provide as many details as you can, and we'll get back to you with a quote or any questions we have.Â

Can you make things in custom sizes?

Absolutely. That's what we do. We make all our projects according to your specific dimensions and requirements. Standard sizes are fine. Weird sizes are fine too.Â

How much does it cost?

Every project is different, so are our prices. Pricing depends on your size, materials, construction, and labor involved. Send us your details, and we'll put together a quote.

Can you help me figure out what I need?
Yes, we would love to! Not sure what kind of armature, surface, ground, wood, or mating makes sense for your project? Get in touch, and we'll offer the best possible solutions. That's what we're here for. Â Â

How long does a project take?

Most projects are completed within 1-3 weeks. Larger projects may take longer. We'll try to accommodate your requested deadline as best as we can, but please be reasonable. We're not a factory. Our handmade approach is what makes us a special place. If you request twenty 60x45" stretchers by tomorrow, it can't be done. Â

Do you work with clients outside Cleveland?

Yes! While our studio is based in Cleveland, we also serve clients throughout Northeast Ohio, the Midwestern region, and the entire country. Â
