Vlasov & Co. started with a problem I kept seeing during my years as a student at the Cleveland Institute of Art.

While still at CIA, I established my studio practice and began actively showing my work throughout Northeast Ohio. In the process, I noticed how difficult it could be to find good-quality art surfaces and picture frames at reasonable prices unless you made them yourself. As I met more artists, I realized I wasn’t the only one facing the same problem. Some artists were even ordering their canvases from New York and paying crazy prices simply because they couldn’t find what they needed here.

 

That’s what led me to start Vlasov & Co. in Cleveland.

Our team specializes in fine art supports, surface preparation, picture frames, and custom fabrication. We work with artists, art professionals, and private clients to find solutions that fit their individual needs. We care about doing good work and making quality products without unnecessary delays or moon prices.
